How do I sign up to the Special K® 2 Week Challenge?
Signing up to the Special K® 2 Week Challenge is easy. Just visit the
registration page and complete your details. We’ll then send you a confirmation
email which contains a validation link, just click on the link and you’re
done.

Can I take the challenge more than once?
Yes, just visit your
diary page at least one day after completing your Special K® 2 Week Challenge to start
again.

How can I restart the Special K® 2 Week Challenge?
If you decide to start a new 2 Week Challenge
before completing the first, you can restart at any time by visiting
the
registration page. Fill in your details and you will be asked
if you would like to start a new 2 Week Challenge.

Is it possible to
log out of the Special K® 2 Week
Challenge diary?
Yes, you can log out at any time by closing the browser window.
When you return, you will need to log in again to access your diary.

How do I print the exercise and eating
plans?
We’ve designed the exercise and eating plans to be printed.
Just click the print button at the bottom of the page and send to your printer as
normal.

I have not recieved my registration
confirmation email?
If you have not recieved your confirmation email, please do the
following before continuing.
- Please check your junk mail folder as your validation email may have been redirected
there.
This occurs when your inbox has a high level of protection.
- Please wait for at least 30 minutes as your email may be on its way but has not
yet arrived.
