Part of staying healthy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to eat well. That means having a well balanced diet with a wide variety of foods from each of the different food groups. Remember nothing is forbidden and no food is 'good' or 'bad' - it's all about 'balance'. This means eating plenty of fruits, vegetables and cereals; moderate amounts of lean meats, fish, poultry & low fat dairy products and small amounts of treat foods.

Having regular meals everyday, including a nutritious low fat breakfast such as Special K® with skim milk, is also important.


Simply print out the Kelloggs® Special K® eating plan, stick it to your fridge and follow it for two weeks. You’ll also need to exercise for at least 30 minutes each day, so check out our exercise ideas to get you started. Eating well and exercising regularly should be maintained. The Special K® eating and exercise plan is designed to help you begin, but once you realise how good it feels to eat well and exercise you won’t want to stop!
